The Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® places great emphasis on the use of technology to enhance the real estate transaction. The advent of tools such as websites, Laptop PCs, PDAs, cell phones, E-mail, and paperless transaction platforms have decreased the time it takes to transfer documents and coordinate the actions of all parties when transferring real property. Of course, new technologies bring with them new challenges. COAR understands the importance of our members time that can be devoted to marketing properties, holding open houses and/or getting their next listing. Our analysts are friendly technology experts and can assist you via phone, fax, email, or online chat.
