Special needs clients make up approximately 25% of the clients we interact with every day. All of them are unique and there is no repeatable formula or “one size fits all” when working with clients with a specific disability or special need. However, there are some best practices and mistakes to avoid. Most importantly, Realtors should focus on Compassion, Responsibility and Service when working with special needs clients.
After attending this session:
Attendees will have a better understanding of how to interact with special needs clients. Attendees will learn best practices and common mistakes to avoid when working with special needs clients and will understand how Compassion, Responsibility and Service should be our focus when working with special needs clients.
