Open House Weekend
How to Participate with Sellers:
- Members can utilize Rapattoni to list homes as an Open House for one or both days (click here for instructions). The Open Houses are then syndicated to websites like Zillow, Realtor.com, BendHomes.com as well as COAR's public Open House Search.
- Members can advertise their open houses in a special section of The Bulletin, click here for more information.
- Members can pick up a special 9x12 Open House sign to attach to your current signage. Due to local sign regulations, we will not be distributing balloons this year.
- Please remember that adding the placard to your sign may change the overall size of your sign, so please make sure it still complies with your local sign code. Additionally, local governments regulate the placement of Open House signs. A sign placed incorrectly will most likely be confiscated by local officials. Please also be aware of any HOA or CC&R's that impact signage.
- Utilize the hashtags #OpenHouseCO and #inBend, #inPrineville, #inSunriver, etc to showcase your Open House.
- Remember to always ask if guests are working with a Buyer's Agent.

- Members can search in Rapattoni for open houses that meet their clients' interests (click here for instructions).
- Buyers can perform Open House searches through COAR's website here or if you have an Open House search on your own website.
