The following applications are for real estate agents whom are an active member of a REALTOR® association in Oregon. You must hold 1 Oregon REALTOR® association membership for COAR and/or MLS access.
Second MLS Member Application
You may use this if you are an active member of a REALTOR® Association in Oregon and would like to join the MLS of Central Oregon.
2023 Member Application, Non-Primary MLS
Non-Primary COAR & MLS Member Application
You may use this form if you are an active member of another REALTOR® Association in Oregon and would also like to be a member with COAR for member benefits and join the MLS of Central Oregon.
Out-of-state REALTORS® must be active members of 1 Oregon REALTOR® association for COAR and/or MLS access. An out-of-state real estate agent will pay Oregon REALTORS® and Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® annual dues upon joining a REALTOR® association at a prorated cost.
Out-of-State COAR & MLS Membership Application
This form is for REALTORS® in Oregon who hold REALTOR® Association membership in another state and would like to join MLSCO and COAR as a secondary member. You must be active with your local state association.

A newly licensed or re-joining real estate agent will pay the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR®), Oregon REALTORS® and Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® annual dues upon joining a REALTOR® association at a prorated cost. Primary COAR & MLS Membership Application
Application for new or re-joining licensees who want to join COAR and MLSCO.
In order for an office to hold a COAR or MLSCO membership, the Designated REALTOR® must hold a membership with the COAR or MLSCO. In addition to filling out one of the applications above, your Designated REALTOR® must fill out and pay the Office Application Fee.
Additionally, if you have agents in your office that are not joining MLSCO as well, you will need to fill out their names on the Subscription Waiver Form.
For an Unlicensed Assistant to help out with MLSCO Listing input or access MLSCO, please have them join. To have an unlicensed assistant, it is a $15 monthly fee.
Assistant to Individual Broker:
An Assistant to an Individual Broker may allow an assistant to enter the system using their own password to perform searches and generate reports on behalf of their Broker via Agent ID sharing. They have full rights except for inputting rights.

Administrative Assistant:
An Administrative Assistant is directly employed by the Managing Principal Broker is allowed to input listings after taken a class and we have received a written/typed message from the principal broker that says they may input listings. Along with being able to enter and change listings, they may also input sales, attach documents and perform other assigned functions on the MLSCO system on behalf of the Managing Principal Broker for the entire office.
Transfer: Your new managing principal broker needs to fill out the Designated Realtor Authorization Form and sign. There is a $75 fee to transfer offices and pay your $60 monthly MLS membership fee. Cancel Membership: To cancel your COAR and/or MLSCO membership, your Managing Broker will have to remove you from the office roster with the Oregon Real Estate Agency and then inform This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. via email.
Please note, Annual REALTOR® dues and joining fees are non-refundable.
