Local Real Estate Leadership Installed

Bend, OR, January 7, 2020: Last month, the Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® (COAR) installed the 2020 COAR Board of Directors. Included in the installation were the members of the COAR Executive Committee that will lead the organization in 2020, including: Jack Zika of Bend Premier Real Estate as President, Louie Hoffman of John L. Scott as President Elect, Cat Zwicker of Desert Sky Realty as First Vice President and Tony Levison of Windermere Central Oregon as Past President.

The executive committee represents a broad range of COAR’s geographic area as well as the demographics of REALTORS®. In 2020, the COAR board will focus on providing professional development to the membership, playing an active role in protecting homeownership, upholding the professional standards of the National Association of REALTORS’® Code of Ethics and providing the most accurate market data to the community.


The Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® (COAR) is your voice for real estate in Central Oregon. COAR is a trade association serving the professional needs of its 2000+ members.  In addition, COAR is dedicated to enhancing and protecting the real estate industry.  COAR believes we can build better communities by supporting quality growth, seeking sustainable economies and housing opportunities while protecting a property owner’s ability to own, use, buy and sell property.
